The consultancy is based on a deep as well as a quick study of the product, which consists of several kinds of steps.

- Searching and locating suppliers.

In Nautila Enterprise, S.L. we know many suppliers in China, we have a database which is constantly updated with the manufacturers we are in contact with, which allows us to find the most suitable for each project. We are in contact with several Chinese associations and other sources of information too. According to the product, a broad searching of suppliers who provide or manufacture the product sought out is developed in China and other countries. Our goal is to find the product regardless of the country.The search process is in all cases successfully dealt with, thanks to our team in both countries, expert locators who made of their knowledge of different languages their major searching tool.We create a technical card detailing the product's requirements. Once the consultation has been done with the China offices, a search plan is developed according to the product, in the different zones. This card will serve as an indisputable reference for the selection of manufacturers and for comparison with the information received. It is like this that only those manufacturers who meet the requirements are selected from the beginning.

Finally a list, to be analyzed later, of selected manufacturers is put together.

-Analysis of the product and manufacturers

Once we have made contact with each one of the suppliers and / or manufacturers found, we carry out a review of their products.

To conduct the review and analysis of products and manufacturers, we keep in mind the technical features required by our customers, and those suppliers who do not meet technical requirements of quality and / or desired characteristics, are rejected.

We try always directly with manufacturers and brokers, so we get a thorough analysis of them.

Our team of quality control, checks and verifies the quality of the product provided by the manufacturer on the basis of the requirements asked for, and when required such quality is also checked in private laboratories too.

-Calculation of costs, transportation, purchase and import.

Subsequently a thorough calculation of production, transport and all the costs involved is conducted.

Following this calculation, the product study is provided with all data related to and the costs associated with it.

-Sampling

Finally a sample is requested to the manufacturer. Such sample along with the document describing its specifications is delivered to the client to enable him to verify that the product complies with what was initially requested.

Once the customer is satisfied with the product quality and the prices provided, its purchase and/or importation is realized.

When talking about our buying service, it must be clear that there are two possibilities, buying in Spain and / or buying abroad (Import Service).

As it can be expected before making any purchases, it is necessary to make a consultancy in order to know what product you want, its characteristics, and how to bring it in.

With all of this clear and once the customer agrees to go ahead with the purchasing process, Nautila Enterprise, S.L. gets down to work and performs broad negotiations with manufacturers in order to lower at maximum the product prices.

When both parties are fully in agreement about prices, quality, time and method of payment, the contact is made.

For Nautila Enterprise, S.L. is essential and therefore its priority, that product production and product quality are appropriate and in line with the parameters previously established, so our experts conduct regular visits to factories in order to ensure that everything goes smoothly.



Once the product is manufactured and / or the goods loaded, we will personally review it by closing containers.

We meet and demand quality standards and labels as CE, RoHS and whatever other requests.

The import is a key factor when buying abroad, which is why in Nautila Enterprise, S.L. we have a database of freight forwarders in different countries in order to assure our customers the best freight at the best price. In the "product study", prices and information are provided about different freight forwarders, following the policy of honesty that characterizes us.


The import process starts when the Chinese manufacturer starts loading the goods into containers, where we are personally checking the goods as well as the amount charged. So, in 100% of the cases, we ensure that the amount charged is the same as indicated earlier, sealing the container/s "in situ", sending reports to the customer and being always in direct communication. From there the goods will be transported by the contracted company to the port to be loaded on the boat, which takes between 25 and 35 days to reach Spain.


At any time, by means of a tracking program, we know where the goods are as well as the arrival date, so our customers are always informed about their merchandise.

Once the goods have arrived at port and they have cleared customs they are transported to the customer's premises, where they will be checked for perfect reception.
